Welcome to McCormack Family Dentistry. We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with dental care. We’ve provided information on this website to better serve you. It contains answers to questions that most patients ask.
Dr. McCormack and wife Kris
Steve, Kris, and daughter, Erin, have been residents of St. Croix Falls since 1990. They are active community members and enjoy living in the beautiful St. Croix River Valley. Dr. McCormack is a member of the SCF-TF Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. McCormack is also a board member of the local Rotary Club, the SCRMC Hospital Foundation, Luck Lutheran Church Council, and the Business Improvement District [BID] President. Kris is a board member of the Polk Burnett Electric Coop, the Deer Lake Improvement Association, and the Good Samaritan Nursing home.
Dr McCormack graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School in 1984. After graduation he added an additional year of training at the University of Minnesota Hospital Dentistry residency program. After practicing in Minneapolis for a few years he and his family moved to St Croix Falls in 1990.
Our Staff
Our staff consists of highly trained hygienists, assistants and office personnel. Their caring, compassion and skill will provide you with a comfortable dental experience. We feel our dental team is second to none.
Appointments
We see all patients on an appointment basis and ask that you call in advance so that we may reserve time for you. The office phone number is 715-483-3570. We try to see all patients on time and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you cannot keep an appointment, call us immediately. Please try and give us 24 hours notice so that this time may be given to another patient.
Office Hours
Monday 8:00 to 5:00 Tuesday 9:00 – 6:00
Wednesday (Summer Only) 8:00 to 5:00
Thursday 8:00 – 5:00 Friday (School Year Only) 8:00 to 5:00
Patients are seen four days each week, including either Wednesday or Friday, depending on the season.
